As part of our made-to-order production model and commitment to reducing waste, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at flwrboy@outlook.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout.

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment and included on your order invoice.

DELIVERY TIMES

Only the FLWRSWIMS are made to order products.

Production may take up to 21 business days before your order is ready to ship. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days.
